Founded by our CEO, Bryan Olson, at the height of an economic downturn, Controller’s Group, Inc. has stood for more than two decades as a symbol of what people can accomplish with the right mission, vision, and core values.
With over a decade of corporate accounting experience in the insurance industry, including time at Robert Half, Inc. as a Direct Hire recruiter, Bryan’s foundation provided the ideal background to understand and appreciate the specific needs of clients and candidates and enable him to scale the company with a “customer first” approach. His initial strategy was to provide remarkable service with a small experienced dedicated team of professionals to our clients and candidates.
